Tish became pastor of New Covenant UMC in July 2010. Tish has taught music in the public schools, served as music minister, and also as associate pastor. She has led and designed contemporary worship services for several denominations and been part of five new church starts. Tish is a licensed local pastor in the United Methodist Church, has a Bachelor's in Music Education and is taking the Course of Study at St. Paul School of Theology. She and James have been married seven years and have one son, Levi.
Thelma Urich, Secretary Thelma is a walking encyclopedia of information about New Covenant UMC. She has served New Covenant UMC for more than a decade and love to see all the ways that God is working in the church. Thelma loves to write, read and learn. Thelma and her husband Harry have been married for 57 years, have 2 children, 5 grand-children and just had their first great grand child - to which Thelma responded, "I am way to young for that."
